WORDPRESS · PROPERTY WEBSITE

A structured property website for overseas buyers.

The project required a dedicated property website for OFWs and foreign buyers who needed more context than a standard listing page could provide. I structured the website around property discovery, location understanding, buyer information and clear paths to inquiry.

SITUATION

The context behind the work

Overseas buyers often need to evaluate a property without visiting it in person. The website therefore needed to explain location, purchasing context and development details—not merely display property cards.

CLIENT PROBLEM

What the system needed to solve

Organize a large amount of property and buyer information without making the experience feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate.

Constraints

  • Many visitors would be evaluating properties without local familiarity or an in-person visit.
  • Property details needed to remain consistent across current and future listings.
  • Buyer guidance and inquiry routes needed to support the property journey without obscuring the core development information.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Information architecture
  • Interface design
  • WordPress implementation
  • Structured ACF content
  • Property and location templates
  • Map integration
  • Responsive implementation
  • On-page SEO foundations
  • Inquiry experience

APPROACH

Turning the requirement into a maintainable system

Start with the questions a remote buyer needs answered

The content structure connects development details with location, eligibility, process and remote-purchasing information. This gives visitors context before asking them to make an inquiry.

Treat every property page as part of one content system

Reusable fields and templates keep comparable information in predictable places, while allowing the content library to expand as more developments are added.

TECHNICAL SOLUTION

How the core parts were built

01

Structured property content

Reusable property fields and templates made it possible to present development information consistently rather than building every listing as an unrelated page.

02

Overseas-buyer content

Dedicated content addressed common questions around eligibility, process, location and remote purchasing.

03

Location context

Maps and amenity information helped visitors understand each property's surroundings without requiring local familiarity.

04

Inquiry paths

Relevant calls to action and forms were placed within the property journey rather than relying on one generic contact page.

FINAL OUTCOMES

What the completed system provides

  1. A dedicated website tailored to overseas property buyers.

  2. Structured property and location templates.

  3. Buyer information organized around common questions.

  4. Map and amenity context.

  5. Clear inquiry routes.

  6. A content structure capable of supporting future listings.

IMPORTANT DECISIONS & REFLECTION

What mattered most in the final decision-making

This project reinforced that a property page becomes useful only when buyers can connect the listing to its location, purchasing process and next action. Structuring those elements as reusable content made that context part of the system rather than a one-off addition.
