Most of my completed commercial work has involved independent project ownership and collaboration with a digital-marketing partner. How do you handle remote work and time zones?

I am based in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the UTC+8 time zone. I can agree on consistent working-hour overlap with Australian and international teams. I communicate through clear written updates, documented decisions, blocker reports, and video walkthroughs when useful.
